Yes. Scanning, text recognition, search and PDF export work without a connection, and you can share when you're ready. A few languages may need to download their language data the first time, so that first scan needs a connection. Magic Enhance needs a connection.

Yes. ScanWow 3.0 includes on-device full-text search. Type any word or phrase and ScanWow will find every scan that contains it. The search runs entirely on your device, nothing is sent to a server.
From version 3.0.7, ScanWow names each new scan from the heading at the top of the page, using the text it reads on the scan. If no heading is found, the scan gets a dated name like "Scan, Nov 4". You can rename any scan anytime, and you can turn off Smart naming in Settings.
Yes. Automatic iCloud Backup (Pro) saves your scans to your own iCloud account, and a new device signed in with that Apple Account restores them when you install ScanWow. You can also tap Restore from iCloud in Settings at any time. No third-party cloud service is involved: it's your iCloud, your data.
Yes. ScanWow 3.0 lets you import images directly from your Photos library and open PDFs from the Files app or Mail. Up to 20 pages of a PDF are imported as separate pages within a ScanWow document. You can also receive files from other apps using the standard iOS share sheet.
Yes. You can say "Hey Siri, scan a document with ScanWow" to open the scanner hands-free. ScanWow also supports Apple Shortcuts, so you can chain scanning into any automation you already have set up.
